QQI Level 3 Culinary Skills Programme which is currently taking place at MDA Kitchens , Mountmellick.
There are currently 14 students doing the following modules: QQI 3 Bread, Pastry and Desserts, QQI 3 Culinary Operations and QQI 3 Nutrition and Healthy Options and the students also get Fire Safety and HACCP (QQI Level 4) training.
