Project Description
The Stanley in Errill, Co Laois diversified their dairy farm enterprise by establishing the Rossmore Farmhouse Ice Cream. They received funding under the Rural Development (LEADER) Programme to purchase specialist equipment and also to develop brand and market their unique product.
